Job Summary:
We are looking for result-oriented and energetic Sales Executives to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving sales by identifying potential leads, conducting site visits, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and reach out to potential buyers through various channels.
- Conduct professional site visits and explain project features, pricing, and benefits to clients.
- Maintain a strong follow-up mechanism with prospects to ensure conversion.
- Negotiate and close sales deals in alignment with company targets.
- Stay updated with local real estate market trends and competitor activity.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in the Real Estate industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must possess a personal vehicle for site visits and client meetings.
- Strong negotiation and convincing power.
Compensation:
- Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (plus attractive incentives).
