Business Development Executive

We are looking for a high-energy, field-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to lead our ground-level candidate sourcing, school partnerships, and recruitment operations. If you love being out in the field, organizing events, and building networks, this role is for you!

Job Location: Any one can Apply from West Bengal and Work Location will be allocated from your own District.

Key Responsibilities:

• Door-to-Door Mobilization: Visit local communities, markets, and hubs to source and mobilize job seekers.
• School & College Visits: Pitch to educational institutes, build relationships, and set up student pipelines.
• Job Seminars: Organize and conduct career seminars and mass counseling sessions to educate candidates on available jobs.
• End-to-End Staffing: Manage the screening, interviewing, and placement of mobilized candidates to fulfill client requirements.
• Target Achievement: Meet weekly and monthly candidate onboarding and deployment targets.
• Standard Target will be Given for every month (registration only).
• Counselling: BDE have mobilize and counselling for the given admission.
• Online Registration: BDM have to do online registration during field work/ Field Mobilization for each and every single mobilization.
• Extra Incentive will be given for admission/Staffing
