Job Description :-

VAIS is looking for an experienced Online Bidding Executive to generate software development projects through online bidding platforms. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of winning IT projects and excellent communication, proposal writing, and client management skills.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Identify software and IT project opportunities on online bidding platforms.
• Prepare and submit high-quality proposals based on client requirements.
• Communicate with clients through chat, email, and virtual meetings.
• Understand project requirements and coordinate with the development team.
• Negotiate project scope, timelines, and pricing.
• Follow up with clients and convert leads into successful projects.
• Build long-term client relationships and achieve monthly business targets.
• Maintain daily records of bids, follow-ups, and project status.

Required Skills :-

• Minimum 1 year of experience in online bidding for software or IT projects.
• Strong proposal writing and client communication skills.
• Excellent English (written and spoken).
• Good negotiation and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of software development services such as websites, mobile apps, ERP, CRM, HRMS, e-commerce, and custom software.
• Target-oriented with the ability to work independently.
