E-Commerce Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate should have experience in e-commerce operations, catalog management, inventory control, dispatch coordination, and social media advertising, especially on Instagram.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage product listings, catalog creation, and updates across e-commerce marketplaces and online platforms.
• Monitor and maintain stock inventory to ensure product availability and minimize stock discrepancies.
• Coordinate order processing, dispatch, and logistics operations for timely deliveries.
• Handle marketplace operations, including pricing, promotions, and sales performance tracking.
• Plan and execute Instagram Ads and other digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
• Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and customer support teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage returns, cancellations, and order-related issues efficiently.
• Prepare regular reports on sales, inventory, and marketing performance.
