Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Intern who is eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in performance marketing, lead generation, and content creation across social media and YouTube. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build skills in both analytical and creative aspects of digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Paid Advertising Support

• Assist in setting up and managing campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
• Help monitor campaign performance and basic metrics (CPC, CTR, CPL, etc.)
• Support in A/B testing of ad creatives and copies
• Conduct basic research on audience targeting and competitors

2. Lead Generation Support

• Assist in creating and optimizing lead forms and landing pages
• Help track leads and maintain basic reports
• Support retargeting campaigns and audience list management
• Coordinate with team members on lead follow-ups

3. Content Creation & Social Media

• Create reels, short videos, and posts for Instagram and Facebook
• Write captions and assist with content ideas and planning
• Help maintain a content calendar
• Monitor engagement (comments, messages) and report insights

4. YouTube Content Support

• Assist in planning and creating YouTube videos (shorts & long-form)
• Help with basic video editing and thumbnail creation
• Support in uploading videos with titles, descriptions, and tags
• Track basic YouTube metrics (views, likes, watch time)

5. Research & Learning

• Stay updated on social media trends, viral content formats, and ad strategies
• Research competitors and industry best practices
• Suggest new ideas for campaigns and content

Skills & Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
• Interest in digital marketing, ads, and content creation
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar tools is a plus
• Good communication and creative thinking skills
• Willingness to learn and take initiative

Internship Details

• Duration: 3 months - 6 months
• Stipend: Rs 2000 - Rs 3000
