Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Field Marketing Executive to onboard retailers onto the FLIXOO platform. The candidate will be responsible for visiting markets, identifying potential retailers, explaining the benefits of the platform, and ensuring successful merchant registration and activation.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit retail stores and businesses in assigned areas.
• Generate leads and onboard new retailers to the FLIXOO platform.
• Explain platform features, benefits, and business opportunities to retailers.
• Assist retailers with registration, profile setup, and product listing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners.
• Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis.
• Achieve monthly onboarding and activation targets.
• Submit daily activity and visit reports to management.
• Coordinate with the operations and support teams to resolve retailer queries.
• RequirementsMinimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel locally for field visits.
• Smartphone and basic knowledge of mobile applications.
• Self-driven and target-oriented personality.
• Preferred SkillsExperience in field sales, marketing, merchant acquisition, or e-commerce onboarding.
• Familiarity with local retail markets.
• Basic understanding of online selling platforms.
• Salary & BenefitsFixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience)
