Flax Café is a fast-growing healthy food brand serving salads, bowls, wraps & guilt-free desserts. We are opening a new café-style outlet in Goa and looking for energetic team members who can deliver great customer experience.
Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Commi / CDP who can manage:
✔ Hot kitchen execution (grill, sauté, breakfast, mains)
✔ Support in assembly during peak hours
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes as per SOP (grill, pan, breakfast items, etc.)
- Ensure fast ticket time and smooth kitchen flow
- Maintain portion control & presentation standards
- Follow hygiene, food safety & FIFO strictly
- Assist in prep, cutting, and mise-en-place
- Support assembly/dispatch during rush hours
- Control wastage and manage stock efficiently
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in café / QSR / restaurant hot kitchen
- Hands-on experience in grill, sauté, and basic cooking
- Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Strong discipline and SOP adherence
- Team player with positive attitude
- Immediate joiners preferred
Salary & Benefits
- ₹14,000 – ₹35,000 (based on experience)
