Job Description



We are looking for a Chinese Cook and Kitchen Helper to join our team. The candidate will assist in preparing Chinese dishes and support daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.


Key Responsibilities:


* Assist in preparation of Chinese dishes (noodles, rice, sauces, dim sum, etc.)

* Support the chef in daily cooking and food preparation tasks

* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen

* Handle basic cutting, chopping, and ingredient preparation

* Ensure proper storage of food items


Requirements:


* Basic knowledge of Chinese cuisine (preferred)

* Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment

* Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

* Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety standards
