Guest Relations Executive

We are looking for a Guest Relations Executive who is passionate about hospitality and dedicated to ensuring a seamless and delightful experience for our guests. You will be the face of Radha House, handling guest interactions, reservations, and ensuring personalized service that reflects our boutique charm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Services:Welcome guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism.
• Assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Reservations & Communication:Manage room bookings and coordinate with the reservations team.
• Communicate special requests or preferences to relevant departments.
• Provide detailed information about the property, local attractions, and services.
• Personalized Experiences:Anticipate guest needs and ensure a tailored experience.
• Organize special arrangements, including events, tours, and activities.
• Feedback & Follow-Up:Collect guest feedback and communicate insights to management.
• Follow up with guests post-stay to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty.
• Administrative Tasks:Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and bookings.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in guest relations, front office, or hospitality (preferred in boutique properties).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi or Konkani is a plus.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and booking software.
• A warm, approachable, and solution-oriented attitude.
