CASA Sales Officer

looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officers to acquire new Current Account (CA) and Savings Account (SA) customers while driving cross-selling of banking products. The ideal candidate should have strong sales aptitude, customer relationship skills, and experience in the BFSI/NBFC sector.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAcquire new Current Account (CA) and Savings Account (SA) customers.
• Source and activate New-to-Bank (NTB) customers.
• Achieve monthly CASA acquisition and revenue targets.
• Cross-sell Life Insurance, Mutual Funds, Gold Loans, Trade/Forex, and other banking products.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Generate leads through field visits, references, and local market activities.
• Ensure complete KYC documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Follow all bank policies and operational guidelines.
• Ensure timely reporting and MIS submission.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.
• Candidate Profile1-5 years of experience in Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, or Insurance Sales.
• Experience in CASA Sales, Liability Sales, Relationship Management, Business Development, or Financial Product Sales will be preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with field sales and achieving sales targets.
• Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building skills.
• Basic knowledge of KYC norms and banking products.
