जॉब समरी:
हम एक अनुभवी और कुशल इंडियन कुक की तलाश कर रहे हैं जो विभिन्न प्रकार के भारतीय व्यंजन स्वादिष्ट और साफ-सुथरे तरीके से तैयार कर सके।
जिम्मेदारियां (Responsibilities):
विभिन्न भारतीय व्यंजन (North Indian / South Indian) बनाना।
खाना बनाने के लिए सामग्री की तैयारी (कटिंग, चॉपिंग, आदि) करना।
भोजन की गुणवत्ता, स्वाद और प्रस्तुति बनाए रखना।
किचन की साफ-सफाई और हाइजीन बनाए रखना।
किचन स्टॉक और कच्चे माल (raw materials) का सही उपयोग और स्टोरेज।
समय पर ऑर्डर तैयार करना।
किचन उपकरणों का सही उपयोग और रखरखाव।
योग्यता (Requirements):
भारतीय खाना बनाने का अच्छा अनुभव और ज्ञान।
हाइजीन और सेफ्टी नियमों की समझ।
टीम में काम करने की क्षमता।
समय का पाबंद और जिम्मेदार होना चाहिए।
