- Your Role & ResponsibilitiesLead Management: Reach out to potential clients through inbound leads and introduce them to Tripistry’s premium travel services.
- Consultative Sales: Understand client requirements and suggest personalized itineraries, premium stays, and luxury experiences.
- Deal Closing: Manage the entire sales funnel—from the first inquiry call to final booking and payment.
- Client Relationship: Build long-term rapport with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients to ensure repeat bookings.
- Revenue Growth: Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's ambitious growth roadmap.
- Who Are We Looking For?Strong Communicators: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Persuasive Mindset: A natural ability to influence, negotiate, and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools (like Bitrix24) and social media platforms for client interaction.
- Problem Solvers: Ability to handle client queries professionally and provide quick solutions.
- Experience: Prior experience in Tele-sales, Travel, or Hospitality is a huge plus, but freshers with great communication skills are welcome!
