Job Responsibilities

• Attend incoming calls from interested customers

• Explain product benefits in a simple manner

• Guide customers and convert leads into sales

• Maintain professional communication and follow-ups

Expected Performance

• Average Target: 2 Orders Per Day

• Approx. 60–70 Delivered Orders Per Month

Salary Structure (Delivered Orders Based)

• Below 30 Orders – ₹140 Per Delivered Order

• 30–39 Orders – ₹4,500

• 40–49 Orders – ₹6,200

• 50–59 Orders – ₹8,000

• 60–69 Orders – ₹9,900

• 70–79 Orders – ₹11,900 (Approx. ₹12,000 Salary)

• 80–89 Orders – ₹14,000

• 90–99 Orders – ₹16,200

• 100–109 Orders – ₹18,500

• 110–119 Orders – ₹20,900

• 120–129 Orders – ₹23,400

• 130–139 Orders – ₹26,000

• 140–149 Orders – ₹30,000

• 150+ Orders – Higher Salary Slabs Available

• 30 से कम ऑर्डर – ₹140 प्रति डिलीवर ऑर्डर

• 30–39 ऑर्डर – ₹4,500

• 40–49 ऑर्डर – ₹6,200

• 50–59 ऑर्डर – ₹8,000

• 60–69 ऑर्डर – ₹9,900

• 70–79 ऑर्डर – ₹11,900 (लगभग ₹12,000 वेतन)

• प्रारंभिक जॉइनिंग ट्रेनिंग एवं मूल्यांकन आधार पर होगी।

• वेतन सफलतापूर्वक डिलीवर हुए ऑर्डर्स के आधार पर निर्धारित होगा तथा मासिक पेरोल प्रणाली के अनुसार भुगतान किया जाएगा।

• जो उम्मीदवार कम से कम 15 दिन तक नियमित रूप से कार्य करके स्थिर प्रदर्शन दिखाएंगे, उन्हें कंपनी की ओर से Official Offer Letter एवं Employment Confirmation प्रदान किया जाएगा।
