Job Description
The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role supports business needs and ensures the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives through effective management of recruitment, employee relations, performance, training, and compliance.
- Key Responsibilities
1.Recruitment & StaffingDevelop and implement recruitment strategies
- Manage end-to-end hiring process (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding)
- Coordinate with department heads to fulfill manpower requirements
2. Employee RelationsMaintain healthy employee-employer relationships
- Address employee grievances and conflicts
- Foster a positive work environment
3. Performance ManagementDesign and implement performance appraisal systems
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback frameworks
- Support managers in evaluating team members
4. Training & DevelopmentIdentify training needs and organize development programs
- Conduct orientation sessions for new employees
- Promote continuous learning and skill development
5. Compensation & BenefitsManage payroll structure and benefits programs
- Ensure competitive and fair compensation policies
- Review salary structures periodically
6. HR Policies & ComplianceDevelop and enforce HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
7. Organizational DevelopmentSupport change management initiatives
- Improve organizational culture and employee engagement
- Assist in workforce planning and succession planning
- Required Skills & QualificationsEducationBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred)
- Experience5–10 years of experience in HR roles
- Proven experience in managing HR functions
- SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership and decision-making ability
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of HR software and labor laws
- Organizational and multitasking abilities
