Laboratory Technician

1. Collect and handle samples properly.

2. Operate equipment as per SOPs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure supplies are maintained.

3. Immediately report any equipment breakdown to the Laboratory Manager and Laboratory Head.

4. Maintain daily logs for quality control and calibration.

5. Keep the B2B register updated.

6. Manage ordering, receiving, and reporting of inventory for your department to the Laboratory

Manager.

7. Maintain all QAQC registers accurately.

8. Follow biomedical waste (BMW) and infection control protocols strictly.

9. Adhere to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

10. Record and interpret test results accurately.

11. Collaborate with other departments and team members.

12. Prepare statistical reports at the end of each working day.

13. Keep all reception registers up to date.

14. Enter health camp data promptly.

15. Maintain lead data records systematically.

16. Ensure laboratory reports are dispatched and delivered to patients or doctors on time.

17. Handle both cash and digital payments and issue receipts accordingly.

18. Manage and maintain petty cash responsibly.
