MINSHE ACADEMY is an EdTech and Smart Coaching Institute providing online and offline education for students from Nursery to Class 12 across CBSE, ICSE, ISC, WBBSE, and other boards.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel parents and students about courses and admission options.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and online enquiries.
• Convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly admission targets.
• Conduct follow-ups and maintain accurate lead records in the CRM.
• Coordinate demo classes and assist with the admission process.
• Build strong relationships with parents to ensure an excellent admission experience.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
• 0–3 years of experience in admission counselling, education, telesales, or customer support.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Bengali.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
