Job Description

Job Description:

Counsel students and parents regarding admission processes and course options (India & Abroad).

Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, and lead conversions.

Provide accurate information about colleges, eligibility, and documentation.

Maintain and update student records in CRM.

Achieve monthly admission targets and support team goals.

 

Requirements:

  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Prior experience in education counselling/sales is a plus.


Note: Preferred only Female Candidates with minimum experience 6 months.
