Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing recruitment strategies, managing the end-to-end hiring process, leading a team of recruiters, and ensuring the organization attracts and hires top talent within agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters and recruitment coordinators.

Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions across departments.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and job specifications.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.

Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate the selection process.

Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Negotiate salary offers and coordinate onboarding activities.

Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.

Prepare recruitment reports and present hiring updates to senior management.

Required Qualifications

HS AND ABOVE CANDIDATES PREFERRED. DEDICATED , DYNAMIC PREFERRED

Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.

Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job portals.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
