Service Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Service Supervisor to manage the daily operations of the service department. The candidate will ensure high-quality service, customer satisfaction, and smooth workshop functioning.

Responsibilities

•Supervise and manage service technicians and workshop staff

•Ensure timely servicing and delivery of customer vehicles

•Maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction

•Handle customer complaints and provide proper solutions

•Monitor job cards, service records, and billing process

•Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and spare parts

•Coordinate with parts department for availability of spare parts

•Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the workshop

•Train and guide technicians for better performance

•Ensure all safety standards and company policies are followed

Requirements

•Diploma/ITI in Automobile Engineering (preferred)

•2–3 years experience in two-wheeler service (preferably Yamaha or similar brand)

•Strong leadership and team management skills

•Good communication and customer handling ability

•Basic computer knowledge (billing, service records)
