Job Description
We are looking for an active and presentable Female Receptionist / Front Desk Assistant for our premium car and bike detailing studio, Nox Premium Car Detailing N Wrap located in Barrackpore.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcoming and attending to customers visiting the studio.
Handling incoming phone calls, customer inquiries, and managing bookings.
Managing billing, payments, and basic data entry in computers/Excel.
Handling basic replies on the studio's official WhatsApp and social media handles.
Requirements & Skills:
Age: Strictly between 18 and 23 years.
Languages: Good communication skills in Hindi and Bengali (Basic English is preferred).
Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of operating smartphones, computers, and MS Excel/Word.
Location: Candidates living in or near Barrackpore will be preferred.
