💼 Job Summary:
Mavell Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Customer Care Executives for its Australian Process. If you have good English communication skills and want to build a career in the international BPO industry, this is a great opportunity.
📞 Key Responsibilities:
- Make & receive calls with Australian customers
- Conduct surveys / lead generation calls
- Understand customer needs and provide accurate information
- Maintain proper call flow & communication standards
- Update customer details in the system
- Achieve monthly targets
✅ Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 10th / 12th pass
- Good English speaking skills (MANDATORY)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Freshers & experienced both can apply
- Immediate joiners preferred
⏰ Job Details:
- Process: International Voice (Survey / Lead Generation)
- Shift: Day Shift (Australian Process)
- Shift timings: 7:00 AM - 3:30PM (Mon-Fri), Saturdays are half days and Sundays are fixed off.
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Work Mode: Work from Office
💰 Salary & Perks:
- ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 (Fixed Salary)
