Operations Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

As Operations and Marketing Manager, you shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following

functions:

A. Operations

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day business operations across stores and clinics to ensure

efficiency, compliance, and seamless service delivery.

• Implement, monitor, and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across all stores and clinic units to

drive operational excellence.

• Monitor, document, and review staff performance against defined KPIs, and coordinate with

management to initiate corrective or developmental actions as required.

• Maintain and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and track delivery status to ensure timely

procurement and supply chain continuity.

• Coordinate with vendors for pricing, terms, timely delivery, and resolution of supply-related issues.

• Oversee and coordinate the end-to-end home delivery process to ensure timely, accurate, and

customer-satisfactory fulfillment.

• Plan and oversee staff training initiatives to build operational capability and maintain service

standards across all units.

B. Marketing Operations

• Oversee and direct all marketing activities across stores to ensure brand consistency, customer

engagement, and revenue growth.

• Plan, organize, and conduct marketing camps and outreach programmes to expand customer reach

and build brand awareness in target markets.

• Conduct in-store and field-based product display and sampling activities to educate customers and

drive product adoption and sales.

We are a chain of medicine stores, clinic and blood collection center spread across South Kolkata and Baruipur.
