Job Description

  • Monitor children's academic, social, and emotional progress.
  • Address behavioral or developmental concerns with teachers and parents.
  • Support inclusive learning practices for all children.

Parent Communication

  • Build positive relationships with parents and guardians.
  • Conduct parent-teacher meetings.
  • Address parent concerns and provide regular updates on children's progress.
  • Organize family engagement activities and school events.

Administration

  • Maintain student records and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with school policies and government regulations.
  • Coordinate admissions, attendance, and fee-related processes (where applicable).
  • Prepare reports for school management.

Health and Safety

  • Ensure classrooms meet health and safety standards.
  • Monitor hygiene, nutrition, and child protection practices.
  • Coordinate emergency drills and safety procedures.
