Job Description

Role Overview:

Connect with students and families through personalized counselling, understand their education goals, and guide them toward the right opportunities. Drive admissions through effective sales strategies and collaboration with internal teams.


Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with students and parents

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets

• Track sales performance and identify improvement areas

• Coordinate with internal teams to enhance the sales process


Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s degree / Post-Graduation

• 1–2 years of experience in sales or counselling

• Fluency in English & Hindi

• Strong communication, interpersonal & presentation skills
