Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our accounts team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting functions and preparing quotations for clients
Key Responsible:
• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Provide financial insights to management for decision-making.
• Prepare and maintain monthly stock statements for management and banking requirements.
• Prepare and send quotations to clients promptly.
• Follow up with clients for quotation approvals.
• Source vendors and negotiate pricing for purchases.
• Create and issue purchase orders to vendors.
• Track purchase orders, deliveries, and payments.
• Maintain vendor and client records.
• Assist the team in stock management and inventory updates.
