Job Description
Accounts Executive – Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain accurate accounting records, ledgers, and daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
2. Prepare B2B invoices, record receipts, manage vendor payments, and monitor receivables and payables.
3. Perform bank reconciliations, cash reconciliations, and maintain petty cash records.
4. Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings with proper documentation.
5. Process payroll, employee reimbursements, and maintain financial records in coordination with HR.
6. Prepare MIS reports, support audits, and provide financial insights while ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
