Job Description
Job Title: Accounts & Coordinator
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 2 to 5Years
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Management, or related discipline
Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and well-organized Executive – Finance & Administration to support management in financial coordination, taxation, investments, and administrative operations. This role requires close collaboration with accountants, consultants, vendors, and internal teams while ensuring high levels of accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial & Tax Coordination
Assist in preparation of data for Income Tax Returns (ITR)
Coordinate with Chartered Accountants and tax consultants for timely compliance
Maintain records of income, investments, and assets
Track payments, receivables, and tax-saving opportunities
2. Investment & Asset Coordination
Maintain and track investments across mutual funds, companies, and real estate
Monitor returns, payouts, and receivables
Prepare periodic reports and dashboards for management
Support documentation and due diligence for new investments
3. Real Estate & Asset Documentation
Maintain records of real estate, leases, and related documents
Coordinate with legal and finance teams for renewals and compliance
Track utilities, insurance, and maintenance schedules
4. Administration & Coordination
Manage schedules, travel, and correspondence for management
Liaise with banks, vendors, accountants, and service providers
Maintain confidential records and documentation
Ensure smooth coordination between management and internal teams
5. Business Support
Understand business structure and related entities
Assist in documentation, filings, and reporting
Support research and data preparation for new opportunities
Skills & Competencies
* Strong analytical and numerical skills
* High attention to detail and organizational ability
* Good communication and coordination skills
* Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
* Proficiency in MS Excel and basic financial tools
* Willingness to learn and grow in finance, taxation, and investments
