Job Description

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 2–5 years

Industry: Retail / Manufacturing / Jewellery (preferred)

Role OverviewResponsible for daily accounting, GST support, reconciliations, vendor/customer coordination, and accurate financial documentation.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesDaily bookkeeping in Tally Prime / ERP
  • Vendor & customer invoice processing
  • AP & AR ageing management
  • Bank reconciliation & payment tracking
  • GST working: purchase/sales reconciliation, GSTR‑1 & 3B support
  • Inventory coordination with billing team
  • Month‑end closing support & MIS reporting
  • Maintain organized digital & physical documentation
  • Skills RequiredStrong accounting fundamentals
  • Good knowledge of GST & TDS
  • Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot)
  • Accuracy, ownership, and timely execution
  • Good communication & coordination skills
  • QualificationsB.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance
  • Experience in reconciliations, GST, and audits preferred
