Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting in Tally or Zoho

Books.

• Manage AP/AR, petty cash, and vendor

reconciliations.

• Maintain accurate journal entries and ledgers.

• Oversee depreciation, EMI schedules, and loan

accounting for assets (vehicles).

• File and manage GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and income tax

returns.

• ROC filings and coordinate with company

secretaries and auditors.

• Prepare audit schedules and support statutory

audits.

• Prepare monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash

Flow statements.

• Generate and analyze MIS reports for management

and investors.

• Track loan repayments, interest calculations, and

NACH Mandates.

• Handle vendor and staff payments, reconciliation

of bank accounts

• Coordinate with NBFCs, banks, and leasing

partners.

• Support management with budgeting and

projections.

Skills & Requirements

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent

qualification.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in full-cycle

accounting.

• Hands-on with Tally ERP, Zoho Books, Excel, and

government portals.

• Solid understanding of GST, TDS, and financial

compliance

Ability to work independently and meet
