Job Title:Performance Marketing Executive – Fintech / Financial Products (Meta Ads)
Job Location:Anekal / Bengaluru, Karnataka
Job Type:Full-time
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Executive with a strong background in running Meta Ads for fintech / financial services / lead generation campaigns. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in handling financial-product advertising, generating quality leads, optimizing campaign performance, and managing campaigns in categories that often face Meta policy restrictions, ad rejections, account reviews, and ban-related issues.
The candidate should understand how to build and scale campaigns while staying within platform policy requirements, improving lead quality, and reducing ad disruptions.
- Key Responsibilities:Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns for fintech / financial service offerings
- Run lead generation, conversion, and message campaigns for financial products and services
- Create campaign structures for high-intent lead generation while maintaining compliance with Meta ad policies.
Handle ad account challenges such as:
- ad disapprovals
- restricted creatives
- policy flags
- low-quality lead issues
- account-level risk and ad delivery disruptions
- Work on safe ad copy angles, compliant creatives, landing page coordination, and targeting strategies suitable for financial-product campaigns
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on CPL, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, lead quality, and ROAS
- Build audience strategies including interest targeting, lookalike audiences, retargeting, remarketing, and geo/language segmentation
- Coordinate with designers and content team to create policy-conscious creatives suitable for Meta approval
- Test multiple ad copies, creatives, and campaign structures to improve scale without increasing rejection risk
- Maintain daily/weekly performance reports and present campaign insights to management
- Track lead flow, lead quality, and campaign outcomes using Excel / Google Sheets / CRM tools
- Stay updated on Meta ad policies related to financial products, lead generation, and restricted ad categories
- Support business growth by improving campaign stability, quality lead volume, and cost efficiency
- Required Skills: Strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads / Facebook Ads Manager
- Experience in fintech / financial services / financial product marketing
- Good understanding of lead generation campaigns for regulated or sensitive categories
- Ability to manage campaigns in accounts that face frequent rejections, restrictions, or compliance issues
Strong knowledge of:
- audience targeting
- campaign budgeting
- ad copy testing

- retargeting / remarketing
- campaign optimization
- Ability to analyze metrics such as CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM, lead quality, and conversion performance
- Experience coordinating creatives and messaging for policy-sensitive campaigns
- Good reporting and Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under performance targets
- Preferred Candidate Profile: 6 months–4 years of experience in digital / performance marketing
- Prior experience in fintech, stock market, broking, insurance, loans, investment services, or other financial lead generation businesses
- Experience handling Meta ad policy-sensitive campaigns is highly preferred
- Candidates who have worked on financial services lead generation and understand ad rejection / restriction scenarios will be preferred
- Knowledge of landing page optimization, CRM lead flow, and conversion tracking is an added advantage
- Qualification:Any graduate / MBA / BBA / B.Com / Marketing
- Relevant practical experience is more important than degree specialization
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
