Job Description

  • Financial Record Keeping: Accurately record all financial transactions and reconcile accounts. 
  • Statement Preparation: Prepare and maintain accurate balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports. 
  • Audit and Compliance: Conduct audits, ensure compliance with tax laws, and reconcile bank statements. 
  • Budget and Cash Flow Management: Manage budgets, track cash flows, and analyze financial data. 
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data, identify potential risks and opportunities, and provide insights for decision-making. 
  • Reporting and Compliance: Prepare financial reports, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and provide financial advice. 
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for efficiency and cost-savings, and recommend improvements to accounting systems. 
  • Tax Preparation: Prepare and file tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws. 
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to gather information and support their financial needs.
