Job Description
Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Design & Build / Construction)
Role Overview: Responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent for our commercial office interior design and build team, including design, engineering, project management, and sales roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process from job posting, screening, and interviewing to salary negotiation and onboarding.
- Specialized Sourcing: Hunt for niche profiles in the architecture, interior design, MEP engineering, and commercial real estate sectors.
- Pipeline Building: Proactively build a network of passive candidates for high-turnover roles like project managers and site engineers.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with design directors and project heads to understand technical hiring needs and team culture fit.
- Agency Coordination: Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and headhunters when specialized hiring is required.
- Data & Reporting: Track key recruitment metrics like time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness to optimize the hiring pipeline.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Master’s in Human Resources (MBA/PGDM) or a related field.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 2 years specifically within interior design, real estate, IPCs, or construction sectors.
- Core Skills: Master user of LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of industry-specific roles, competitive companies, and market salary standards in the commercial fit-out space.
