Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented BBA Graduates .who are passionate about building a long-term career in Human Resources – HR Operations. The internship offers practical exposure to core HR functions, employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, recruitment coordination, and HR systems.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates seeking hands-on corporate HR experience in a professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support day-to-day HR Operations activities and employee coordination.

Assist in employee onboarding and joining formalities.

Maintain employee records, HR files, and documentation accurately.

Coordinate with internal departments for HR-related activities.

Support attendance, leave records, and HRMIS/HRMS data management.

Assist in preparation of HR letters, reports, and employee communication.

Support recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up.

Ensure proper filing, data entry, and compliance with HR processes.

Provide administrative support to the HR team as required.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: BBA Graduates / Final Year BBA Students (Freshers may apply) .

Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and professional approach.

Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
