Job Summary:Hi Living Estate & Homes is looking for an HR Executive with an MBA in HR to manage recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, attendance, and overall HR operations. The candidate should possess good communication skills, coordination abilities, and a professional approach to handling employees in the real estate sector.

• Roles & Responsibilities:Handling end-to-end recruitment and interview coordination
• Managing onboarding and employee documentation
• Preparing offer letters and HR-related documents
• Maintaining attendance, leave, and employee records
• Coordinating with sales, CRM, marketing, and site teams for manpower requirements
• Supporting payroll and HR operations
• Handling employee engagement and grievance management
• Maintaining HR reports and daily updates
• Ensuring smooth day-to-day HR activities
• Requirements:MBA in HR (Mandatory)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of MS Office and email communication
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
