Job Title: HR Recruiter

Experience: 1-4 years (preferred in bulk hiring)

Work Schedule: 6 days a week

Job Overview:

Netambit is looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter to manage bulk hiring for non-IT roles. The ideal candidate should have experience in high-volume recruitment, sourcing strategies, and end-to-end hiring processes

Requirements:

● 1-3 years of experience in bulk hiring

● Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (Naukri, Apna, etc.).

● Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

● Handle bulk hiring for sales, field executives, and other non-IT positions.

● Source candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-ins.

● Conduct screening, shortlisting, and initial interviews.

● Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

● Ensure timely closure of open positions within the given TAT.

● Maintain recruitment data and reports for analysis.

● Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.

● Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and challenges
