Field Recruiter

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Recruiter to recruit and onboard delivery partners across assigned locations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in the field, interacting with potential candidates, conducting recruitment drives, and ensuring timely onboarding of delivery executives.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit delivery partners through field activities, references, job portals, social media, and local networks.
• Conduct field recruitment drives in targeted areas.
• Screen candidates and explain job responsibilities, earnings, incentives, and onboarding requirements.
• Collect and verify required documents from candidates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and activation.
• Maintain daily recruitment reports and candidate tracking records.
• Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential delivery partners.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
• Resolve candidate queries related to joining, payments, incentives, and work schedules.
• RequirementsAny Graduate / PUC / Diploma.
• 0–3 years of experience in recruitment, field sales, or field operations.
• Experience in gig workforce hiring or delivery partner recruitment is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve hiring targets.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Must be willing to travel within assigned areas.
