Accountant

Tafo Technologies is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage daily financial operations, maintain accurate records, and support the company’s accounting processes. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, invoicing, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain daily accounting records and bookkeeping
• Handle GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliances
• Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions.
• Assist in monthly and yearly financial reporting.
• Maintain payroll and employee reimbursement records.
• Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants when required.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Knowledge of Tally, Excel, and accounting software.
• Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
