Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:
- Visit client sites regularly and inspect security operations.
- Supervise and monitor security guards on duty.
- Ensure guards are in proper uniform and following duty instructions.
- Handle client complaints and resolve issues immediately.
- Prepare duty rosters and manage shift deployment.
- Conduct surprise checks (day/night).
- Maintain attendance and manpower records.
- Train security guards on safety and security procedures.
- Investigate incidents and prepare reports.
- Coordinate with HR and operations for manpower requirements.
- Ensure proper handover/takeover at sites.
- Maintain discipline and company standards.
- Skills Required:Good communication skills
- Leadership and team handling
- Problem-solving ability
- Report writing
- Knowledge of security procedures
- Basic computer knowledge
- Qualification:Any Degree / PUC / Diploma
- Experience in security operations preferred
- Valid driving license (preferred)
- Experience:2 to 5 years in security services / field operations
- Salary:Based on experience and company policy
