About Us

Nandi Warehousing Company is a Clearing and forwarding agent, transport service, warehouse handlers and inventory management of stock, rake handling and providing godown facilities at various places for Cement and Fertilizer companies. We’re seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Senior Accountant to join our team and help drive financial accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Oversee general ledger activities and ensure accurate journal entries
• Conduct account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation
• Lead or support process improvements and automation initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA or equivalent certification strongly preferred
• Minimum [5] years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Experience with accounting software Tally
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data analysis
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in CFA office
• Exposure to financial planning & analysis (FP&A)
