Job Description
1. Accounting & Finance:
- Bookkeeping: Maintain day-to-day accounts using Tally or relevant billing software.
- Receivables Management: Track outstanding payments from clients and ensure timely collections.
- GST & Taxation: Assist in the preparation and filing of GST returns and maintain tax-related documentation.
- Reconciliation: Perform bank and vendor reconciliations regularly to ensure data accuracy.
2. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Client Interaction: Address customer queries regarding billing, payment schedules, and property documentation.
- Relationship Building: Maintain positive long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction.
- Coordination: Act as a bridge between the site team and the customer to provide updates on project progress.
- Record Keeping: Maintain a detailed database of customer interactions and payment histories.
