Job Description

1. Accounting & Finance:

  • Bookkeeping: Maintain day-to-day accounts using Tally or relevant billing software.
  • Receivables Management: Track outstanding payments from clients and ensure timely collections.
  • GST & Taxation: Assist in the preparation and filing of GST returns and maintain tax-related documentation.
  • Reconciliation: Perform bank and vendor reconciliations regularly to ensure data accuracy.

2. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

  • Client Interaction: Address customer queries regarding billing, payment schedules, and property documentation.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain positive long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Coordination: Act as a bridge between the site team and the customer to provide updates on project progress.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain a detailed database of customer interactions and payment histories.
