Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesConduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Design user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and enhance usability.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
  • Analyze user feedback and data to iterate and improve product experiences.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design.
  • RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, or related field.
  • Proven experience (2–5 years) as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and design systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Portfolio showcasing previous design projects and problem‑solving approach.
  • Preferred SkillsExperience with front‑end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of motion design and micro‑interactions.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
