About the Company:
Bhash Software Labs Pvt. Ltd. is a Bengaluru-based communication technology company specializing in SMS, WhatsApp API, voice, and business communication solutions. We are looking for a detail-oriented finance professional to manage accounting operations, taxation, compliance, and financial reporting.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance & Accounts Executive with strong expertise in Tally, GST compliance, accounting operations, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience handling end-to-end accounts and taxation processes independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations and bookkeeping
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliation, and ledger scrutiny
- Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and monthly reports
- Ensure accurate accounting entries in Tally ERP
- Handle complete GST compliance, including:
- GSTR-1
- GSTR-3B
- GST reconciliation
- Input tax credit (ITC) reconciliation
- E-invoicing & E-way bills
- Ensure timely filing of GST returns and statutory compliance
- Assist in audits, TDS filing, and taxation-related activities
- Monitor cash flow and financial transactions
- Coordinate with CA, auditors, and internal teams for compliance matters
- Maintain proper documentation and financial records
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in Tally ERP
- Excellent knowledge of GST and taxation
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience in TDS, statutory compliance, and reconciliations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data
Eligibility Criteria:
- Masters’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting
- CA / CA Inter / M.Com preferred
- 2–7 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts
Working Days & Timings:
- Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Sunday: Fixed Off
