Job Description – Accounts ExecutiveSri Ayyan FabsPosition DetailsJob Title: Accounts ExecutiveDepartment: Accounts & FinanceLocation: BangaloreIndustry: Textile / ManufacturingEmployment Type: Full-TimeExperience Required: 3–5 YearsSalary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per monthReporting To: Management / Accounts HeadAbout the RoleSri Ayyan Fabs is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to independently handle day-to-day accounting operations, banking coordination, reconciliation, vendor management, and financial reporting activities.The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience in Tally and Excel, and the ability to work responsibly in a manufacturing environment with minimal supervision.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting OperationsHandle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP / Tally PrimeManage purchase, sales, receipt, payment, and journal entriesVerify invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documentsMaintain proper accounting records and documentationMonitor daily expenses and transaction trackingBanking & ReconciliationPrepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) regularlyCoordinate with banks regarding transactions and documentationMonitor customer receivables and vendor paymentsMaintain payment schedules and outstanding reportsVendor & Billing CoordinationCoordinate with suppliers regarding invoices and payment statusEnsure accurate invoice verification and record maintenanceSupport billing-related activities and documentationMaintain purchase and expense files systematicallyMIS & ReportingPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reportsGenerate management reports using ExcelMaintain data accuracy and reporting disciplineAssist management with financial summaries and analysisRequired SkillsStrong practical knowledge of accounting principlesHands-on experience in Tally ERP / Tally PrimeAdvanced MS Excel knowledge preferredVLOOKUPPivot TablesIF formulasBasic reporting and data handlingGood understanding of bookkeeping and reconciliationStrong attention to detail and accuracyGood communication and coordination skillsPreferred Candidate ProfileB.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance preferredMinimum 3–5 years of accounting experienceExperience in textile, manufacturing, construction, or industrial companies preferredCandidate should be capable of handling accounts operations independentlyImmediate joiners preferredWhat We ExpectThe candidate should be:Responsible and trustworthyStrong in documentation and follow-upsOrganized and process-orientedComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentWilling to take ownership of accounting activitiesSalary & BenefitsSalary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per monthCareer growth opportunitiesStable and professional work environmentLong-term opportunity within the organizationHow to ApplyInterested candidates can share their updated resume with:HR Department – Sri Ayyan FabsEmail: hrmsriayyanfabs@gmail.comContact: +91-6364929654
