Job Description

  • Handle daily accounting and maintain records
  • Manage bank reconciliation and customer/vendor balances
  • Handle TDS, PF, and other statutory payments and filings
  • Manage cash, bank transactions, and staff salary payments
  • Handle vendor payments (cheques/online)
  • Follow up with customers for pending payments
  • Help prepare Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss statements
