Accounts Executive

Job SummaryThe Finance Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, maintaining accurate financial records, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations. The role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle daily accounting activities including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
• Assist in preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, PF, ESI, etc.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Coordinate with internal departments for financial data and reporting

• Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, or similar)
• Good understanding of MS Excel and financial reporting tools
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills

• QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce (B.Com / M.Com preferred)
• CA Inter / CMA Inter (preferred but not mandatory)

• Experience 1-3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting role

• Preferred AttributesExperience in dealership / automobile / service industry (if applicable)
• Knowledge of statutory compliance and payroll processing
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks
