Accounts Manager

Eagleton Facility Management Pvt. Ltd.

Position Summary

The Accounts Manager shall be responsible for managing the complete accounting, financial reporting, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, client billing, vendor payments, and financial controls of the organization. The role requires strong coordination with operations, HR, clients, auditors, and management to ensure accurate financial management and compliance with all statutory requirements.


Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Finance Management



Maintain complete books of accounts in an accurate and timely manner.



Manage day-to-day accounting operations including receipts, payments, journal entries, and reconciliations.



Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.



Monitor cash flow, bank balances, and fund management.



Ensure proper accounting of client invoices, receipts, advances, and vendor payments.



Track outstanding receivables and coordinate with clients for collections.



Billing & Payroll Coordination



Verify client billing data received from operations and ensure timely invoice generation.



Coordinate payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, statutory deductions, and salary processing.



Ensure accuracy in wage calculations as per statutory norms and client requirements.



Monitor reimbursement claims and supporting documents.



Statutory Compliance



Ensure timely filing and compliance related to:



GST



TDS



PF



ESI



Professional Tax



Labour Welfare Fund



Income Tax related compliances





Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government authorities whenever required.



Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and inspections.



Budgeting & Financial Control



Assist management in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.



Monitor operational expenses and identify areas for cost optimization.



Implement financial controls and accounting best practices.



Support management with financial insights and profitability analysis.



Vendor & Client Coordination



Coordinate with vendors regarding invoices, payments, and reconciliations.



Resolve billing and payment-related queries from clients.



Maintain professional communication with all stakeholders.



Team Management



Supervise accounts staff and ensure smooth departmental functioning.



Guide junior team members on accounting procedures and compliance requirements.



Ensure confidentiality of financial and payroll information.




Required Qualifications



Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent.



Minimum 5–8 years of experience in accounts and finance.



Experience in facility management, manpower services, or service industry preferred.



Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, payroll, and statutory compliance.



Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
