Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts & Operations Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, office administration, material tracking, documentation, and site coordination activities. The candidate should have knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, Excel, and office operations.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Finance

Maintain accounts in Tally Prime.

Record daily income and expenses.

Upload and manage purchase bills.

Verify GST purchases through GST Portal (GSTR-2B).

Verify and track TDS deductions and compliance.

Prepare invoices and payment follow-ups.

Track vendor payments and outstanding dues.

Maintain cheque issued/received records and due dates.

Support accountant and auditor for monthly compliance.

2–5 years of experience in Accounts and Office Administration preferred.

Preferred Industry Experience

Construction, Waterproofing, Civil Contracting, Interior Works, Building Materials, or Related Industries.
