Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Counselor/ Tele caller based in Bengaluru. The Student Counselor will assist students in making decisions about their careers and educational paths. Responsibilities include providing guidance during the admission process, delivering career counseling sessions, addressing student inquiries, and ensuring student satisfaction through excellent communication and customer service. You will get support from internal teams to provide valuable insights and support to students. Qualifications· Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling, with the ability to guide individuals effectively based on their goals and aspirations· Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with students effectively· Experience in Customer Service, with a focus on providing support and building strong relationships is advised· Knowledge of the Education sector, including various academic programs and career pathways· Ability to build trust, demonstrate empathy, and maintain professionalism while assisting students· 10+2 is min requirement· freshers and experience candidates can apply
