Job Description

Job Title: Educational Counselor / Telesales Executive

Job Description:

We are hiring enthusiastic and motivated candidates for the role of Educational Counselor / Telesales Executive. The role involves interacting with students over calls, guiding them regarding courses and admissions, and maintaining proper follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls with students

Provide accurate information about courses and admission process

Maintain regular follow-ups and updates in the system

Build good communication and trust with students

Achieve daily and weekly targets

Working Days & Timings:

Monday to Saturday

10:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Salary & Benefits:

Fixed salary

Attractive incentive structure (high earning potential based on performance)

Requirements:

Good communication skills (Hindi/English/Telugu/Tamil)

Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets

Experience in telesales or counseling is a plus (not mandatory)
