Job Description
Key Responsibilities:-
- Draft and send legal notices to the opposite party through appropriate courier/postal services.
- Appear before courts and tribunals as required.
- Represent clients in local and out-of-state court matters.
- Prepare legal documents, pleadings, and case files.
- Conduct legal research and provide legal support.
- Coordinate with clients and maintain case records.
Requirements:-
LL.B. degree with a valid Certificate of Practice (COP).
Good drafting and litigation skills.
Willingness to travel for court appearances, including outside the home state.
